To get people in your life to stay positive is the way in which you will find that you get more good and more successful life more than other people in this world so to make sure we really enjoy we will have to make the first thing in our life to be the most important thing and that is to stay positive

  1. Get excited. There are so many things those are very different in this world that will take your concentration for the rest of your life and the will make you different more than ever before but Even if there are a million things you’re dreading doing come Monday try to find one thing that you’re excited about. Even that one thing can have a big impact on how you feel and how you approach your day. We know for sure how is important to stay positive in this life will make us smart more than ever and this will make everything right and to make this happen wi will have to make sure we find something that will make us excited


2.   Find something to laugh about. That is the truth and will always be the truth you can use comedians and other people who are very smart to make you smile and get things good and better again  If you don’t have anything in your day that’s been particularly funny, think about a memory that never fails to make you laugh. It’s hard to be negative when you’re laughing and smiling. Smile every single day you will final get what you want in this life we live and it will be great ever in this life

3.   Countdown to total relaxation. We All of us have been so upset or frustrated at some point that we just feel like we want to explode and that is what happen most of our time in our lives . If you feel yourself reaching this point, stop, and start counting count until you get what is important in your life which is the relaxation in your life and that will be very great more than ever before in your life . For an additional bonus, try relaxing each body part in turn as you count so you end up completely relaxed and ready to think logically. For that will be of much help more than ever before and it will help you to get what you want in this life and get what you need in every step of this life


4.   Meditate. The benefits of meditation are many, and one of them can be encouraging positive thinking. By clearing your mind and relaxing you can push out a large amount of negativity that may be troubling you. Many people with smart positive thinking they love to meditate for it help so much in making things to go clear and very smart in this life we live and we make everything to happen for the sake of our positive thinking. So positive thinking is very important and only people with meditation and reaches this best point in the life


5.   Think of 100 things you enjoy doing. Feeling like your life is one big, horrible sinkhole at the moment? Sit yourself down and try to come up with a list of things that you enjoy doing. Even small things like taking a hot shower or enjoying a walk in the snow can make you realize that your life isn’t so bad after all.we really know there are more than 1000 things you don’t like in this world and also there are so much more you don’t even want to see the and that is so bad but if you want to stay positive and et what you want you must make sure you take this amazing and most important time to think about 100 very attractive and positive things those will give you good life plus smile


6.   Create something. Negativity inspires a lot of destructive feelings and one way to counter that is by working to create something instead. Paint or draw, sew some new curtains, build a model or even put together a puzzle. You can’t create anything in this world then you must ask if what you think always is the negative things which can not help you by any means to do what you really want to do in this real life


7.   Imagine yourself in a happy place. Visualization can be a powerful tool and you can use it to remove yourself from whatever situation you feel unhappy into one that makes you smile. Just close your eyes and imagine whatever makes you feel best. In your life you ever think about beautiful palace or the place in which for sure give you the amazing smile of all times and that will until the end of the time will make something with a lot of meaning in this life we live
